Number one, know who you're living with, and what their deal breakers are. This will save you and your potential roommates a lot of time. Number two is you need to make sure that you either have credit or you have a parent or guardian who's going to be able to co-sign on your lease. And this not only has to be true for you, but for everyone you're living with as well. And finally, number three, go send more messages.
